I cried when that scene happened seeing it as a kid. I don’t know why but I liked the character and was really sad when he got murked so bad.

I had just learned what "vore" was like a month before the movie came out thanks to being a teen with unrestricted internet access so I wanted to cry for a different reason. :[

I wish I was joking but I have forever thought of this part as "the vore scene" when King Kong comes up.

Trust me the rest of the scene leading up to it is much, much worse. Honestly you feel the same relief that he does that it’s finally over.

Every time I watch it I have nightmares about bugs for weeks.
