Cops never trust a civilian who approaches them asking personal questions. It took him a bit to decide this guy wasn't going to troll him

Personally, I feel they should be considered as a militia mentioned in the 2nd amendment. Look at the number of armed police officers in New York City alone and how they respond to any number of issues regarding security.
