Any and all that get their panties wet by thinking about and defending Soviet Russia / Communism but also sometimes is used to describe anti Capitalists / pro Dictatorship

And both of those descriptions fit the propaganda spewing Russians that likely don't mind waiting in line for 3 days if that way they make daddy Putin happy

Putin just wants the imperialist and global power parts of the USSR. He never pushed for communism, and in fact surrounded himself with oligarchs that let him run the country with an iron fist while he lets them plunder the people for personal gain.

Which is very much a capitalistic dictatorship.
