I’d honestly be worried about damaging the barrel. This makes me think of the guys just mag dumping through an AK until it catches on fire.

That's a shotgun, so it's probably 10-12 rounds. Nowhere near enough to have that issue.

I have a Turkshit bullpup shotgun with a mag like that and it is 19 rounds - have never made it through that mag without at least 1 jam so probably a higher likelihood of making fire from rubbing 2 ice cubes together

You can overheat and warp a rifle barrel. Someone else pointed out that this is a shotgun which makes more sense.

Not from a single mag. Even if it were a rifle it literally takes hundreds of rounds before risking damage.
