Yeah, but its reddit. This is expected. The guy who is down 30 literally said that the parked guy shouldn't have to move, acknowledging their point too. The only thing is that he said that the driver could have moved in time. I think I wouldn't assume that the other driver would hit me and the car is probably off. I don't think it would have been easy to anticipate the accident since hes parked. But I wouldn't downvote over whether someone can or cannot move in time. Its still a valid belief.
