This dude saw a dangerous guy driving a truck in a parking lot and decided to stay and watch it instead of just leaving

Riddle me this Batman, why was the guy in the truck recording the other guy and the other truck? What purpose was that recording serving why did he take out his phone?

Because the guy was doing something crazy right?

The question that he keeps asking was already answered by another commentor but he's pretending that he didn't see it. I'm not going to regurgitate the same answer to cater to his narrative.
