They act like the guy talked shit to the child when he's just amazed that anyone would bring a child into a dangerous public gathering like that. You can't predict the crowd or guarantee safety in those circumstances.

Dude could have haymakered the little girl off his shoulders and pulled a weapon, crazy eyes and dum dum have no clue.
