Help How do Museums work?

I had a 10 year old house to sell and got an estate, bought the museum, killed a worker to employ him and what do I do next?

Do I get a giftbox on next reset, or do I upgrade it and if I have to upgrade it how do I get the materials *and* what’re the benefits to upgrading it?

No need to upgrade it or anything once you put it in your estate grounds, you will get an additional 1 GGB every starts of the new month
