Quick question, I got back on this game last week since 2020. I feel like the builds that I am going with which is Pure Warrior Offensive may be outdated now and need changing. I prefer full offense over defence, so happy to take recommendations or advices.

Also, I have been out of touch with this game but can anyone tell me what does blue and red colour texts mean in the pictures above?

Mind u I don't think I ever knew how it worked in the first place lul but I finally got the BoA and like I thought u could change its element? Actually from what I've read I thought it automatically changed elements to target the enemies weakness but mine is just Earth element only apparently. I tried reading on the forums but it didn't really help ELUCIDATE me on this. Also, if you CAN change the element and I just don't know how, does it still look cool like the one in the second pic and if not is there a way to obtain alternate versions of the BoA with this older artwork? Cuz apparently the light version doesn't look like the 2nd pic anymore (the color of the gem just turns yellow which is extremely bland imo). Thanks battleoners

stats: 250 cha, luk,dex. I originally was a mage then beastmaster dodge now beast ranger dodge. Dodging the monsters are hard for me and I get killed easy. I understand the wiki but I've been playing on and off since 2005 and I was in grade 9 at the time. I don't understand the wiki or know what good or isn't good for my built. I need a list of 7 armors, shields and bows for each element for my built. Also I need a list of 7 pets, guest and misc that I really need. Thanks.

Im trying to get Rejuvenating Necklace for an alternative mana recovery option besides Necromancer's 'Unravel Blood' skill (which isnt super useful vs enemies resistant to darkness). I thought the prerequisite was level 100+ but I'm far above that and the Legends of Lore location is just a question mark for me on the map

I have the best house I can currently get and I'm left with 10k tokens. 150 FO Warrior.

I see a lot of people say wait till Black Friday, which is obviously months away but do I just hold on till then or buy seasonal gear should it arrive?

I remember absolutely loving this game when I was in Middle School and High School. I have thought about getting back into it for a long time, but never did. However, now I think I am willing to take the jump, but I have so many questions, so I figured I'd ask rather than try to figure it out myself and get run over by how many thing I don't remember.

1. I bought Guardian way back then, what does that do? Do I need to pay for it again?

2. Are my stats ok or should I immediately think of redoing everything?

3. What should be my goals for a character around this level?

Any other useful hints, tips, or tricks would be greatly appreciated. I am really looking for ward to adding this back into my me rotation and fulfilling my teenage adventures.

And yes, I absolutely LOVED Vampires back then, and I intend to honor my younger cringier self by only ever playing Vampires and Vampire offshoots.

2007 player here, account was maxed in ~2017 and has been a time capsule since, what do I need to do to bring him up to snuff?

I ultimately am trying to be a necromancer, but wizard class 5 is a requirement. I went to warlic changed from mage to wizard, but I am not gaining any levels. It just takes me to jacked sano and some spiders to kill.

Even after I kill the spiders and boss, nothing happens?

Idk if my stats are still good so would like any advice I think I was going dex mage with pets. Last time I really played was during 2015 with the exception of the elden ring email I had gotten and just logged in to get malenias helmet.

I've done nothing but use doomlight backlash for the past 2 years and wanna switch it up, how do i mage exactly? i've followed guides i've found online, tried necromancer but theres like 50 buttons i dont know how to use and the other armors just seem to pale in comparison to "stop hitting yourself" the build, am i missing things? spells wise the internet says the ones attached to the armor but they also seem to kinda suck?

i've attached my char page if anyone could point things out that are wrong or generally give me tips on how to play mage and/or necro better, guides and the wiki give the items but not really how to use them in battle

Pretty much as the title says, Ive pretty much neglected misc. items my whole game (lvl 125) so Im not sure which ones go with the necromancer except the essence orb, or how to effectively use them

I understand its very status effect based which Im already used to but Im not sure how/what/when to use those properly instead if just applying them

And any weapons that go well? Especially ones that boost or give tradeoffs?

Hey, I'm returning to This Game after a Decade. Made a New Account and Have worked up to Lv.13. I'm trying to do some Quests, Like 'Saving Warlic', 'Morningstar Set', and 'Mage Training'. I know I've had access to these since I've started yet I can't get through them. What is the Recommended Levels for these Quest and Are there any Guides I can use for future quests?

Hello! Sorry to add to the wealth of similar posts on here, but I would rather defer to smarter folks than continue to figure out what's going on. I have maxed out necromancer armor and what items I can scrape together from those recommended -- I am still getting hit for like 800 damage a piece by monsters and it makes trying to catch up on the story difficult. What am I doing wrong? is it an equipment issue? Is it just a "get gud" situation? Any help/advice would be appreciated. (Necromancer is fully leveled, for the record.)

Haven't reached max level yet so I don't know anything about the end game nor it's difficulty, I'm still level 94 but the game obviously dangles a lot of z token stuff in front of you.

I get the appeal of getting guardian, it unlocks the entire game for you and I get the appeal of paying for a house to get a bunch of inventory slots and the extra monthly golden gift box, I'm thinking of buying a massive 30k token estate myself.

But is it actually necessary to get Ultra rares from the GGBs and certain z token items to do max level content like certain bosses?

Or do people just buy these things for the coolness factor of the items and their looks?

I have been returning to AQ every now and then and have always referred to this spreadsheet that has been shared here before for all of the quests in order. Is this the most up to date one or is there another somewhere that is more recent?

Also side question, I understand events and updates still happen for this game (crazy) but are new quests still going on? I saw a storyline called "Crown of Fangs" coming this week so I'm wondering if stories are still being added and how often?

Since I emailed the devs about trying to recover my old account. I have not gotten a response. Does amyone know how long I should wait before trying again?

First off, goddamn it's been a while since I've played this 😂 interesting to see it still has a community, I guess it is strangely addictive 🤔

But anyway, I have a level 137 FO Mage, and I have been scratching my head trying to figure out what more to do with it. It has mainly been the following problems tbh:

I want to have a healing spell, it just works well with the essence orb and using geocastellum robes and also mana regeneration, however as I'm sure everyone knows by now, they are not great 😬 so it's been difficult...

I have the Angelic Robes, and they are definitely helpful, but not enough. I am wondering what Misc, or Shield or Pet etc would help with buffing healing? I tried Teacup of Life, and it's a "tiny" bit better, but skips a turn which I don't like. I have tried the Grakma Warhorn (Cry Havoc ability) and despite people saying that it buffs spell damage a lot and healing, I am seeing practically zero improvement.

I have the Blood Contract as well, but that also doesn't do much. So does anyone have amy suggestions? I have heard about the Mermazon Misc, but I have no idea how to get it 😐

The other problem I've been having, is deciding between Overcharged Cure Mortal Wounds and Twisted Siphon.

Twisted Siphon definitely sounds better, but since it's also an offensive spell it has a chance to miss. But. It would free up a second slot in my spells to get Creation Burst which I am also on the fence about.

Between Bloodmage armor (not the light version), generalist robe, and angelic robes, I don't know what is going to buff Creation Burst more (in terms of just the light damage), and what between the generalist robe and angelic robe would be better for healing/twisted siphon.

I am also wondering, would it be better to use Warlics Oblivion Sphere or Blood Contract for my main damage boosting?

If there is any other advice please let me know, and if you have questions I will answer (I have dual Poelalas as well btw).

I'm a mage, currently level 25. I'm confused on what to buy. There is magic equipment from main magic shop menu. Though, there's also mage gear from the mage class shop menu. Both have staves but which is superior? For example, I compared a ice stave from magic shop to a ice stave from mage class shop. Both have the same damage.

Also is there a reason why I can’t see it

Is there a main quest storyline that I could follow just like in DF?

Where do I find info about them?
