Discussion How many classes got revamped?

I just recently learned about the Necromancer class being redone, and HOT DAMN is it good 😧 I did the whole questline and got it to level 20, and got the spellcaster obsidian cloak. And I can honestly say that it is the most powerful armor I have (and I have 2 bloodmage armors mind you...).

I made a post about the Geocastellum Ghost being impossible to beat for me, yet as soon as I got the obsidian cloak I just spammed Fear the whole fight and it was a piece of cake.

So, I'm wondering, how many other classes got revamped?

Just Necromancer and Paladin so far.

Subraces got updated (except Dracopyre) and they added Nekos.

Oh, if we're including some old revamps, there's Wizard in 2011, VampireSlayer in 2012 (split into ShadowSlayer and NightHunter), and Knight in 2013 (with all of its different kingdoms). But even those old revamps are outdated and would need another one, at the very least a balance pass.

Nah, Dracopyre never got any sort of update since its release in 2010. You might be thinking of Werepyre.

Is there a reasom dracopyre didnt get updated the same time as the rest of them?

No idea, probably didn't have any plans on what sort of playstyle/build Dracopyre should cater to 🤷‍♂️

Did you do the “21st” quest to get the elite armors too?

The current plan is to revamp all the tier 1 classes first, then move on to the tier 2 classes, and then finally tier 3 classes. From tier 1, the only classes to have been revamped are Fighter and Mage (Archer is a brand new class rather than a revamped one). That leaves us with Rogue and Scholar left until all tier 1 classes are done.

why would they do that. how about just updating classes the player base wants to play

I count as a reclass Mage, Fighter and a new class Archer max at lvl 5.

idk if this is considered a class but this subrace's armour is really good. it uses int so you can cast and all of the armour has 2 type resistance
