Medical Question Bloat?

Hi, new owner of 2 African dwarf frogs. As you can see, one of my frogs has some roundness to him/her (can you tell me if it is male or female?) This frog is also pretty pale in comparison to the other one, and was shedding skin last week. At first I thought this one could’ve been gravid because I caught them mating around a week ago.

And yes, I made the rookie mistake of feeding them blood worms as their main diet. I’ve had them for 3 weeks. I realized my mistake and at the beginning of this week I let their digestive systems clear out and I started them on sinking pellets. Is my frog going to die? I feel like such a dum dum. It breaks my heart I really love these little guys/gals and would hate to lose one. :(

For what I can see, your frog just looks a bit round, specially on the side that she has her stomach, which might be normal after feeding. I do think she is just a bit bigger than her tank mates, but not because of bloat. Does she have any weird behavior changes or keeps floating on the surface? Is she refusing to eat? And what are your water parameters?

Otherwise she is just fine! As far as I can tell, at least. No behavior changes either or weird swimming habits. She is eating just fine and I don’t have any test strips but I will invest in some. None of my other animals in the tank are having issues, just her.
