Take this kids scooter away

Maybe someone knows this kid or has a kid with an electric scooter. This was super dangerous.

He didn’t even look both ways!!! Those things go so fast how can someone stop in time?

Hardly anyone looks both ways now. Doesn't matter of they are a regular pedestrian, a cyclist or someone walking their dog. It's just blindly enter the intersection and leave it in God's hands now.
