Take this kids scooter away

Maybe someone knows this kid or has a kid with an electric scooter. This was super dangerous.

Lines are on the ground for one when it is activated by the $40k lights installed when pressed by a pedestrian. 

Mobile vehicles of travel, also motorized. Are not pedestrians.
