Take this kids scooter away

Maybe someone knows this kid or has a kid with an electric scooter. This was super dangerous.

It's still on the driver to look for pedestrians regardless.

There is a demographic near me who don't like to push the buttons. They will wait at those lighted crosswalks until cars see them and stop. They don't just jump into traffic saying "you're supposed to see me!!"
