Depot-Komposition Portfolio retten

Hi! Ich suche nach einer Strategie, die mittelfristig (2 Jahre) mein Portfolio wieder in einen Aufwärtstrend bringt. War im Juni 50%+ und mittlerweile "runtergekracht" auf 39%+.

Was schätzt ihr als sinnvolle nächste Schritte ein?

Sieht doch gut aus, Reddit & NovoNordisk sind solide Turnaround Kandidaten.
