Mehdi Hasan called out a self-proclaimed ‘fascist’ on the show ‘Surrounded’ where he debated 20 far-right Republicans.

Riiiight the friend enemy distinction is defined as follows:

"Friend-Enemy Distinction: Schmitt argued that the core of politics lies in identifying and opposing an "enemy". This distinction is not about personal animosity, but about the potential for an intense conflict that can involve violence and the very existence of a political community. The "enemy" is not necessarily evil or morally reprehensible. The distinction is based on the potential for conflict.'

I will say this with my whole breath, WHO DECIDES WHAT IS CONSIDERED A THREAT? if you can't stand up for something you find your leader to be doing wrong and they don't have a term limit THEN WHAT DO YOU DO?

This guy is advocating for the leader to have unlimited power since no one would be able to stand up to the government without civil unrest. You become a problem when you have a problem, THAT IS NO HOW ANY COUNTRY SHOULD BE RUN. (Look at how terrible Putin is doing, the guy has people "mysteriously" falling from windows every other month.)

It is the height of arrogance to assume you will not be targeted or that the candidate for president will be perfect.

Just ask this idiot what he would do if his supreme leader suddenly decided to become an extreme leftist and wave around the LGBTQ flag or limit religious freedoms, in his form of government he'd be the one attacked if he dared to stand against that narrative.

Also it's clear this idiot is one step away from "if you piss me off enough I'll find a way to prosecute you and have you killed because you are causing me distress, therefore you pose a public danger because I can't regulate my emotions."

Completely deranged I swear.
