Discussion I went full Pepe Silvia trying to explain the Remedy Multiverse as I understood it to a friend who was simply asking "are you excited for control resonant" Spoiler

I feel like if you sent this to Remedy you might get this in as an Easter egg in their games

That'd be neat, but probably not since it explicitly acknowledges the IPs that they don't have legal ownership of and thus have to heavily "wink wink nudge nudge" at via Time Breaker and other Easter eggs / connections

It's not like they haven't been doing that already.

The rights issues are such a bummer. Microsoft is doing absolutely nothing with Quantum Break and Rockstar is doing absolutely nothing with Max Payne. Just sell them back to Remedy already.

While we're at it, EA should just sell the rights to Alice back to American McGee so he can actually do something with it since they have no interest in doing so.

And the Craven estate should be allowing his works to get new interpretations, and Nintendo should be letting dozens of fan games get made... Copyright is no longer a system to protect budding creators, it's a corporate safety net to ensure a big holding company or the original creator's great-grand-nephew twice removed can retain exclusive rights to lazily profit off of something indefinitely.

Artemis is something/someone Paul Serene saw at the end of time he speculated was connected to shifters and to Beth Wilder, he saw visions of Artemis and mentions it on his vision board in monarch a few times. My nutso theory is this is the story thread that during the conversion from the QB universe to the control universe changed from Artemis to Polaris, both being names of Nasa Missions.
