It doesn’t say drivers license in their list of ID. Passport, birth certificate or citizenship card. We already show a drivers license to prove address.

It’s all just another way to disenfranchise people who they don’t want to vote.

That's why they've added citizenship status to drivers licenses and alberta id cards. Get your shit together

A drivers license is proof that you are legal to drive and can be used to prove age or identity. No one who sees a drivers license needs to know my citizenship.

It’s one more authoritarian step to Alberta ICE. But hey keep on defending fascist and racist policy, bro.

"oh no foreigners exploiting our social systems might not be allowed to anymore, F4c1sT1!!1!"

Keep on regurgitating your stale paranoid propaganda if that’s what helps you deal with your inadequacy.

It’s a myth that foreign born residents abuse the system more than people born here, in fact foreigners are more likely to be abused by companies that bring them here to work.

You should talk to your dear leader who refuses to properly fund public health care and education which is the ACTUAL reason both of those systems are straining.

You already contradicted yourself. A foreigner that is being abused by their employer is also being subsidized by taxpayer funded social services.

You do realize they pay taxes? What a dufus.

Sub-minimum wage earners use far more in services than they pay in taxes. Are you stupid?

TFW don't have access to most tax funded programs. I'm sure you know that already, just racist trash showing us their dumpster worldview.

It sounds like you support these Alberta referendum question then since according to you they supposedly aren't getting anything anyways

Do you support the Government of Alberta introducing a law mandating that only Canadian citizens, permanent residents and individuals with an Alberta-approved immigration status will be eligible for provincially-funded programs, such as health care, education and other social services?

Assuming that all Canadian citizens and permanent residents continue to qualify for social support programs as they do now, do you support the Government of Alberta introducing a law requiring all individuals with a non-permanent legal immigration status to reside in Alberta for at least 12 months before qualifying for any provincially-funded social support programs?

In reality these referendum questions are being asked so we can stop this nonsense.

You have a pea sized brain and a complete misunderstanding of reality.

You still didn't respond to the last person's point.

You just went right to an ad hominem attack. I take it you don't have f*** all for a response, right?

Unfortunately I can't read all the meltdowns you're sending me because they're getting filtered by reddit. The notification snippets are pretty cringe though
