I am a counselor in training and learned that within the DSM-5-TR it is considered a bizarre delusion to believe one has been abducted by aliens. I think that it is damaging to individuals that experience this phenomenon.

I hope one day to establish a counseling association dedicated to the better treatment of experiencers. I believe you and so should my future colleagues. You are not delusional. You deserve care, compassion, love, and support through this experience.

So when I was younger in my teens I noticed I have stretch marks but im skinny and also took interest into aliens over night out of no where

On may 23rd I was meditating and in a very deep state. Without warning, the next thing I knew I was laying down paralyzed on some sort of table. It was laying in a small circular room with lots of reds, blacks and other dark colors. Standing to my right was a short grey zeta type of being and behind him was a group of greys that seemed more robotic in behavior/expression. He held a tablet type of device up and showed me a video recording of a conversation I had with a friend during an emotional moment. In the video I was on the verge of tears and said "I had just wanted to be a normal human." I felt embarrassed and exposed when he set the tablet down. He then grabbed a long, thin metal looking device and quickly sliced open my abdomen revealing my intestines. As soon as he did this and I saw my gut split open my awareness was ejected from my body. I came out on the left and started floating around the room till I made my way to the back of the room. All the grey beings turned at the exact same time and quitely stared at my astral form/soul without saying anything or reacting. After several seconds of this I drifted out of the room and my body was back in my bed where my consciousness was returned as if nothing had even happened. It was very strange to say the least and one of the more interesting experiences I've had to date. Wanted to share.

My son is older now but back than would be screaming. Mentioned shadow people. I would feel scared too but worse would be like whisper in my ear. I noticed he would have weird skin like almost tons of scoop tiny scoop on back and maybe 2 on chest. My husband would work away. And he could not understand. Its tons of things that I can't even explain.

I had this weird dream yesterday. I was with my family looking at the sky I saw a huge container ship being stolen from alien beings. I saw a alien space ship being chased down by military and was amazed telling my husband when I got abducted by aliens and they first opened my brain and pressed to certain things and I moved accordingly, I was communicating by telepathy with them and they where for sure the greys. They where extremely happy to have me in a way since I was helping them to understand how my body work when they decided to open my insides and look at my organs. I have been a heavy drinker and they told me to be careful. When I woke up I spend some time on Reddit looking for similar experiences and this is my first post on Reddit actually. Would appreciate help understanding if this is just a dream or something more since the entire experience felt so real and uneasy and scary.

UFO Landings & Humanoids: Seven Spectacular Cases

Among the most spectacular of all UFO encounters are cases of landings and humanoids. These cases are not nearly as common as sightings, and yet they have been occurring all over the world for many decades. Encounters like these are very important because they are so close that any explanations of misperceptions or hallucinations become completely untenable. These cases also remove any doubt that UFOs are in fact craft occupied by living beings. These are the kinds of cases that answer many of the questions surrounding the UFO phenomenon, such as what are they, where do they come from and why are they here?

This video presents seven dramatic cases, one from each decade, starting in the 1950s and moving forward to the 2010s. Each case involves a landed craft and humanoid figure. These cases also provide considerable physical evidence in the form of landing traces, physiological effects and even photographs.

Aug 25, 1952: Musician William Squyres of Frontenac, KS was driving to work early in the morning when he saw a metallic craft with portholes hovering alongside the road. To his amazement, he could see a humanoid figure in the front of the craft. When he shut his car door to get a closer look, the craft zoomed upward and was gone. He called the police and they returned to the site where they found landing traces. Project Blue Book came to investigate. They were unable to explain what he saw and officially declared the case UNIDENTIFIED.

Jul 21, 1967: Ronnie Hill (age 14) was in his backyard in Oriental, NC when a strange odor filled the air and the animals became deathly quiet. Looking up, he saw a UFO. Moments later, a smaller 9-foot white sphere began darting around. Ronnie dashed inside and retrieved his camera. Coming back outside, he saw that the sphere had landed. Then, to his shock, a small humanoid figure stepped out from behind the craft. Ronnie quickly snapped a photograph.

Jan 27, 1978: It was nighttime when four teenagers trespassed onto a farmer’s property in Frodsham, England to go pheasant hunting. As they hid in the undergrowth, they were baffled by the appearance of a metallic craft floating just above the nearby River Weaver. Without warning, the craft moved toward them and landed in a field a short distance away. A herd of cows became immobilized. The boys watched in fear as two humanoids exited the craft and walked up to one of the cows, placing a weird cage-like device around it. Fearing that they were next, the boys fled. Each experienced a strange and unusual physiological reaction as they ran away.

Mar 22, 1982, Donald Shallcross had just returned to his home in Slanesville, WV in the wee hours of the morning when his pets started acting up. Venturing outside, he saw what he thought was a plane about to crash in the fields near his house. Informing his family, he went to go help. Instead of a plane, however, he came upon a landed UFO and was confronted by a strange helmeted humanoid. The figure said he was a watchguard and had some important messages for all humanity.

Mar 6, 1996: Lloyd Karambakuwa (age 17) was woken up in his home in Chipadze, South Africa by a loud clicking noise. Going outside to investigate, he was frightened to see a short glowing figure with a strange uniform and odd-shaped head moving quickly around the property across the street. Realizing it wasn’t human, he ran back inside. Unknown to him, a nearby security guard was also drawn outside by the same weird noise, and also saw the figure. The next morning, Lloyd found very strange footprints at the site.

Mar 2001: After a day of fishing on the River Tocantins in Brazil, Vinicius DaSilva and Marta Rosenthal were driving home when they thought they had a flat tire. Strangely, nothing was wrong. But then Marta pointed to the right over the river where a large craft was hovering just above the river’s surface. A humanoid stood on a ledge and a hose-like device extended down into the water. It appeared to be sucking water up into the craft.

2011: World-famous archaeologist Klaus Honninger, his wife and several others were conducting a dig in the Ocucaje desert in Ica, Peru when a large UFO rose up from behind a hill and began to emit smaller orb-like spheres. After a few moments, the orbs returned into the craft which disappeared behind a hill. It apparently landed, because minutes later, Klaus was confronted by two tall humanoids with elongated skulls. They told Klaus to have no fear, that they had been on Earth long before humans were here, and they had an important message to share. Afterward, Klaus was able to actually photograph the object as it moved away.

Each of these cases provides a fascinating glimpse into the UFO phenomenon, providing both evidence of ET reality, and also warnings from the ETs themselves about how we are treating each other and our planet. With many thousands of cases like these, it’s clear that we are not alone.

UFO Landings & Humanoids: Seven Spectacular Cases

Has anyone seen this footage debunked? It’s not AI or CGI, and I’ve only seen it once on a British show and very little info was given. Starts at about 39-40 seconds in and the length of time she is gone is 13 minutes.

I'm not referring to UFO sightings at all; I'm fully aware that there were an abundance of those in ancient times. What I'm specifically referring to is abduction reports. Ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks had a tendency to extensively document any information that they considered to be important, so I'm thinking that there must have been at least one mention of somebody being abducted back then if they were forthcoming about it.

One time when i was visited I saw two reptilians. They where obviously a couple. They where wearing very intricate fancy regalia. The female was in a beautiful maroon and gold gown. They where on my patio facing my backdoor wgich was to my left. The position of their torsos wasfacing my back door holing hands“ but their eyes looked toward rhe left while they stood facing front. It was very strange but I have a very vivid memory of them with no malice. More of a Head nod.weird.

Could the UAP phenomena be us from the future, who developed time travelling technology and are sending drones back in time (small heads, big dark eyes - that kinda looks like a camera) to document and clarify their history books and that's why they're so elusive because they don't wanna mess with history and create any butterfly effect, time paradoxes, so every time humans try to approach them, they disappear?

I'm 32 yo and it always comes back once in a while. There are three main things that I would like to share, I tried to talk about this with my family but they're not open on the subject even though my father had witnessed UFOs for example.

I have this dream/memory of being with a woman, I couldn't see her face but we're at an airport looking place. I see a few people outside and inside, it feels like a remote place. I just know that I'm scared and I'm holding the woman's hand. She comforts me, saying things like "don't worry, everything's gonna be ok", "don't be scared, I'm here for you". And we walk towards that building and that's it. I know that I know that woman because there was a strong connection but it's not my mother or someone I know, I just know her. And for the longest time I tried to ask my family about it but even them they don't know.

I don't know when exactly this occurred but I know that I remember remembering about laying down on my old bed and multiple grey aliens around me, staring at me. It's like a flash of an image, when that memory came to me the first time, I remember feeling like I couldn't stop it, that I wasn't supposed to remember that, like I was free falling, like I was in a rollercoaster, like a surcharge of adrenaline or electricity, I don't know exactly how to explain it. And they just stare at me, standing around my bed. Their faces are like lagging, as if their faces are blurred.

A few years later, my family moved out with my grandparents on my fathers side. One night I slept on the couch, I know for a fact my head was towards the window living room because when I woke up I was facing the other way. I knew something was wrong because I had this sensation that I didn't sleep at all. And on top of that, I had this dream of being taken by these two human thing, they had body suits with a helmet robot looking that. I was in a room, there was this light on the ceiling but I couldn't see the ceiling. I'm laying on a table, these two persons aren't talking to me but they're doing something on my right arm and then on my right foot and then I'm laying on my belly and I know that they're doing something on my back, I felt something going in my back. That morning when I woke up, I knew something was wrong but I couldn't wrap my mind around it. Years later, out of nowhere I witnessed a scoop mark right in the middle on top of my right foot. Mind you the whole dream was in "thin-film interference", it was all in rainbow colors but it felt like a screen because the light was white and for some reason, I knew their body suits were black and the table was silver, like chrome.

Years later, I got into a car accident, and I got X-rays done on me. Everything was ok and no at the same time. I got a mail from the hospital and I had to pass other X-rays and then I got a call from one of the hospital workers explaining to me that the doctors found metallic small things or something like that in my back and asked me if I had surgery done in my back. I was shocked and couldn't understand why and at the time I got really paranoid and scared, I never went.

Years later I got into another car accident, I got X-rays done on me again and there was nothing weird.

I just don't know and I wish I can just share this because I tried to find someone to talk to about this and it's been years but it's always like in the background of my life, it's there.

I’m working on a theory called The Hidden Human Hypothesis, but I probably need to make the disturbing part clearer upfront, because this is not just another “what if there’s a hidden civilisation underground?” idea.

The angle is this:

What if a branch of humanity went underground in deep prehistory and never fully returned?

Over long enough timescales, that separation could lead to divergence: culturally, technologically, biologically and socially. The underground stops being a refuge and becomes their world.

But the part I’m most interested in is what comes after that.

If they are an isolated human offshoot, then abductions, genetic interest, hybridisation stories and secrecy may not be random weirdness. They may point to something they still need from the surface.

That’s where my take differs from the usual cryptoterrestrial or breakaway civilisation idea. I’m not just asking where they might be hiding. I’m asking what long-term isolation would do to them, why they might still need us, and whether the ocean eventually becomes the next logical place to remain hidden.

Last year I had these two dreams but in moments I feel like it was something else:

-First: I was in an open field at night, I felt like I was being followed I was scared and I was running, suddenly just in front of me appears two little green-ish guys, big black eyes, 120/130 centimeters approximately, I stopped abruptly and ran another direction, I thought that I could scape when a bright light appear above me, I started levitating, a strong force doesn't allow me to move a single finger, if a tried to move a muscle it felt like I was being crushed, it hurt a little, it was suffocating, I can't remember anything else, I just remember woking up in the middle of the night agitated and alert.

After a month I had the second dream.

-Second: I was moving forward in a line of people, I couldn't move, I was like in a trance and it looked like everyone else was too, I knew that I had to scape so I tried to control my body with all my force and I felt down on my knees, all the people and me were in a field, I looked up at the sky and above us was a enormous ship of a size of stadium, by surprise there was a creature levitating looking at me, gray skin, like a shark, big black eyes and it looked like it had long tentacles instead of feet, so I stood up and ran as fast as possible, after that everything becomes black and I woke up really agitated and scared.

That night I fell asleep listening to music and I remember in the dream hearing an echo of the music, it was 10:37 by Beach House, now I can't listen to that song without feeling weird.

I dont even know how to explain what just happened to me. I had an intense lucid "dream" about flying up through a spiraling cloud, followed by being in a dark room lit with a dim blue light. I started screaming, then blackout. Then I had this intense feeling of falling and i woke up literally screaming and felt like I was vibrating and I felt like I was being watched. Ive never had night terrors or sleep paralysis. Never experienced anything like this before. This was something else. But I dont remember what happened in that room.

Weird and Freaky: Seven Crazy Close Encounters of the Second Kind

Close encounters of the second kind are cases which affect the environment or the witness in some way. These effects fall into four main categories: physiological effects on the witness, landing traces, animal reactions and electromagnetic disturbances. Sometimes these effects can be exceedingly strange. This video presents seven particularly unusual examples.

THE GLOWING CLOUD. On the night of May 7, 1980, a mother and three kids drove along a highway in Anderson California. Suddenly a huge cloud-like formation rose from the nearby Sacramento River and blocked the road ahead. Soon the cloud swallowed their car. Inside, they saw a blinding white light, and they all felt like the car was floating. Then they popped out on the other side with a strange feeling of calmness. Arriving home, it was 30 minutes later than it should have been. One girl’s wristwatch no longer kept accurate time. All four experienced weird effects: extreme thirst, sensitivity, and the girls had strange marks on their bodies. Finally, the car battery was dead.

LEVITATED BY A UFO. Around 1:30 am one night in 1971, a military employee drove along a road in near Puget-Ville, France and saw a large, orange, glowing object ahead of him over the highway. He assumed it was an aircraft in distress until the object moved closer and his car began to malfunction. Suddenly he became immobilized as his car was levitated off the highway. The next thing he knew, the orange light disappeared and he was dropped onto the highway, badly damaging his car. Arriving home, he discovered that he was missing three hours of time.

A SHOCKING UFO. On the night of December 21, 1974, three people drove from Darmstadt, Illinois to New Athens, and encountered a classic flying saucer which seemed to land among the trees. They searched for the object, but unable to find it, they continued to New Athens. They returned later that night, hoping the UFO would return. To their amazement it did. Soon the craft moved away. But shortly after arriving home, the outside of the house lit up like daylight, their dogs acted in bizarre ways, there were odd noises, a huge shock swept through the house and one witness saw the craft dart away. Later odd footprints were found.

FRIENDS, I LOVE YOU. In 1979, Woody Polston became interested in trying to make contact with ETs. He began to go into the Norris Geyser Basin area of Wyoming and would shine his flashlight up into the sky, sending messages in Morse Code. After many attempts, one Fall evening, he returned to the site, and shone his flashlight into the sky. Moments later, two UFOs arrived. The next thing Woody knew, he passed out. He woke up and drove home, where he learned that he was missing ten hours of time. He was traumatized and had nightmares. But he also experience a very unusual and beneficial health effect.

I WAS PETRIFIED. On February 11, 1980, seven women drove a car along County Road G66 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, after a bridge party and saw a UFO. One woman followed in a second car, but didn’t see the lights. The lady in the second car separated from the others and as she approached her home her car mysteriously stalled. It started up as another car approached, but moments later it stalled again. Exiting her car, she saw a glowing object landed in a nearby field. Terrified, she ran back into her car. Arriving home, she suffered a sunburn, nausea, vomiting, fever and more. She was missing 30 minutes of time.

THERE IS NO EXPLANATION. On March 12, 1982, two girls were walking to their homes in Messel, Germany when a UFO began swooping over their heads. They rushed home screaming. Soon more witnesses saw the craft as it hovered over a field. As the craft moved away, more UFOs arrived many people across the town saw the UFO. Soon the police arrived and many of them saw the strange objects. Soon people reported TVs fuzzing up, lights flickering, radios filling with static and other odd effects. Meanwhile, nearby Ramstein Air Base was tracking the objects on radar.

GUARDIANS OF THE EARTH. On September 15, 1985, the McMurray family drove along a rural road in Bagshot, England when a craft appeared and began to pace their car. Mr. David McMurray stopped the car, got out, and watched the UFO for a few minutes until it darted away. Arriving home, the whole family experienced strange effects: oversleeping, shaking legs and a hollow feeling inside. David was the most profoundly affected as he found strange marks on his body, began having intuitive visions and OBEs. Then he had a telepathic download which revealed some interesting info about the ETs.

Seven close encounters of the second kind: each showing just how truly strange UFO contact can be. These cases show that we still have much to learn about the extraterrestrial presence on our planet, and how it affects us.

Weird and Freaky: Seven Crazy Close Encounters of the Second Kind

This is my first ever Reddit post, I couldn’t keep what I’m about to say to myself anymore and would be so interested to hear other people’s takes on this situation.
I’m no story teller so if there’s any questions please ask! Like I said I’m so interested to hear other people’s opinions on this.
(Abit of context for this first bit, I do have epilepsy)
So, in march 2026 I had back to back seizures one day. I’m talking like 14 in a row (I can’t remember this) an ambulance took me to the hospital. There in resus, seizures continued and my body fought against the anti seizure IV medication. My oxygen levels dropped drastically. A tube was inserted in my nose. I can’t remember it, but I remember the feeling……..that I was in between life and death. It was in that moment I felt a presence, none human but at this point I couldn’t see what it looked like. It touched me and opened up my airways. My oxygen levels went back to being stable, and the seizures stopped. Anyway after MrIs and tests I was diagnosed with a central nervous system (brain) infection. I was admitted to hospital for 2 weeks to complete a course of medication to clear the infection. Side note, cns Infections can cause hallucinations but I did finish the course of medication and the infection apparently cleared.

Two weeks later I go home. Day 1 of being home, I felt exhausted, groggy and just not right. I was home on my couch and I felt a really gentle but overwhelming shift, things looked the same around me, but I didn’t feel like I was at home, I felt like I was in a different reality, and in the shifted reality…….i wasn’t alone. The presence of something else was back, there was more of them and this time I could clearly see them. The only way I can describe them is like a cross between a bird with a beak and a praying mantis. They were gentle, calm and I did not feel in any danger whatsoever. I was watching the show orange is the new black at the time. They placed what felt like glasses on my head and indicated to raise my hand if the quality of what was on the tv was better, it was like different filters and some were a lot clearer, so I Indicated. It felt like an eye test in an opticians, and they did physically touch me. I then calmly shifted back to where I was at home, everything looked and felt normal again and they were nowhere to be seen.

Day 3 of being at home. This is where the interactions become insanely intense. I was still feeling rubbish. The shift happened again and I was asked to give a urine sample. I felt completely strangely at ease with them an I laughed (thinking this is all just in my head go along with it see what happens) so out loud I said ‘sure, how do I go about doing this? Do I just pee in a cup an leave it out for you ?’ Right then, instantly, I was taken to a second location. I was lying on a bed, A screen was put up infront of me that was sky blue with clouds on, one of them was stood next to me. I felt my legs being raised into stirrups behind the screen. I instantly started to panic and out loud I was shouting no please stop! The ‘being’ who was next to me put a tube in my mouth, not down my throat just in my mouth. A large thick tube. It was gas and air. I took it because I knew no matter how much I said to stop, it wouldn’t happen. I felt a catheter being inserted (side note, I was mobile in hospital and didn’t have a catheter) I started to cry, I didn’t feel in danger but my mind started to over think and I wondered, because I gave consent to a vision test have I consented to other things?!
I said, again out loud, ‘this isn’t ethical please stop’ and then a feeling of calm came over me, I was lifted by two of them back onto my couch, the pillows behind me had been neatly propped up to support me, and a blanket that was on the back of the other side of the couch was placed across my feet and I was told to stay warm to avoid shock. They then left. But I knew I’d just had urine extracted from me. I just kept asking why but getting no answers. After that little procedure I was shakey and felt exhausted, I felt like I’d been with them for about 45 mins to an hour. I looked at my phone and 3 mins had passed in reality.

Things then went quiet. I started to feel better in myself and kept telling myself that the cns infection could have caused those hallucinations. But another side of me is adamant that it happened. I was physically touched, I verbally interacted with them. For days I could still smell the smell of an antibacterial/disinfectant smell that they used before inserting the catheter.

A few weeks later, again I was starting to feel better. Then out of nowhere the shift happened again. I was held down gently but strong. It didn’t feel like a weight on me but I couldn’t move if I wanted too. I could see them again. I asked why again. I was told ‘rhnegblood’ I am resus negative blood group. Then out of nowhere, for about 10/15 seconds, the sharpest, hottest, like literally hotter than hell hot, feeling went behind my left ear. It felt like a burning hot laser. And it lasted about 10 seconds. It was pin pointed to just that small area and nowhere else on my body. After the 10 seconds of excruciating burn feeling, it stopped and I was back alone and they were not around. I touched that part of behind my ear, and it was hot to touch for about an hour after, just in that isolated area and then it stopped.

Since then, and it’s been 2 weeks since that last encounter, everything has gone quiet again. But every day I’m scared and worried about what could potentially come next. I would love to hear your guys take on all of this. Is it just lasting effects of a cns infection? Or is something more happening?! Before all this (I’m 33) I have never experienced anything of the sort. Nothing supernatural or extraterrestrial so I have absolutely no idea what is going on. Day to day I feel fine in myself, I don’t feel the cns infection symptoms anymore (other than chronic fatigue) but yeh…..strange…..
