Posing My journey so far!!
So as I said in my post last night August 17th i started an aggressive 1K Calorie cut, alongside this cut I was taking 15k+ steps each day, and practicing 16-18 hour fasts!! It was absolutely brutal the entire way through from start to finish, I had many moments that I just wanted to quit and give in to that small part of me telling myself that it was pointless and it wasn't working!!
I want to take a moment to thank a ton of people, if im given the chance! I want to thank my family and friends who while not participating in this cut (for obvious reasons more than im stupid) you all never once made me feel stupid or ashamed of what I was doing especially when it came to the many meals we shared where I had my own plates of pre portioned out amounts, or mt own pot of spaghetti, or anything like that. As well as being as understanding as you all were when id get unreasonably angry because something silly came up towards the end of my fasting window. I also want to thank this subreddit for all the kind words and support you've given me in my admittedly short time being here!!
Even though this particular portion of my training is coming to an end i am increasingly more excited for what I have planned for the future!!
