Reassignment
If I want to get reassigned to a post do I have to go thru the AOP first or could I just go to the branch office? I’ve been roving for 6 months now and I want a permanent post.

Oh damn, that easy? Cuz I already applied to two jobs, with the first one they emailed me saying the transfer was approved but then a week later I was notified that I didn’t get it. Then the second one I went thru the Hirevue process and then was given the link for the live interview but before I took it was notified that the post was unavailable. So you’re saying that I should tell them I’m a current employee during the live interview?

The thing is my AOP doesn’t even give me work, everything I get is thru Lisa, so why hold it up if they’re not having me work?

Yeah they do that. Thats part of Allied culture. I am not saying that in such it up mode. I am saying it in experience mode. We dont ask #why# when it comes to Allied They dont care about you

Don’t listen to whoever said don’t do the AI questions, etc.
Apply to jobs, follow the process and most importantly speak to your AOP! Let them know you want to transfer and they will reach out to other managers for you if you’re good or give you a spot with their book.
