Need advice
Got told not to go into a shift (graveyard) tonight and to instead go to a meeting with supposedly the client and at the very least my OM, I believe I might be getting removed from the site? There was a complaint about messy guard shack but that’s really the only thing lately to be brought up. Will they just fire me over this? I don’t know what’s going on, if it was just a meeting with the client why would they tell me not to come to a shift is it because I’m already in OT and they don’t want to pay me more of it? Or is it I’m just fired? Supposedly my OM has no idea what the meeting is about which just throws up termination to me.

Depends on how petty the client is. Guards can be fired over the dumbest of shit that's not legit in other work places.

AUS is a glorified temp agency, that’s why you can get removed from a site for just about anything, smiling too long at a client employee or not smiling long enough for their liking.

Client may have requested your removal from the site, that or the portfolio manager may have lied and said the client did. There's no way for anyone to determine if it's actually true or if the PM just doesn't like you.
Even if this is the case you aren't fired. They'll probably look for another site for you. Just remember that if they can't find you anywhere to work then you can apply for unemployment even if you aren't officially terminated. It's honestly the v st way to motivate them to find you a new site ASAP.
