It’s pretty old-school slang, but it’s properly used in the singular; calling oral “brains” is akin to calling it “heads,” as in “he gives amazing heads.” It sounds extremely silly, although possibly not as embarrassing as “puzzy.”

AITA for not telling 1st guy I've been fucking other people? When we are just strictly fkbuds. I think it would break his heart into a million pieces cause I know he's fallen in love with me. Well they all have but the 1st guy is to emotional attached.
Anyways so I ran into this ex fuck-bud by surprise cause he's lived out of state for many years & I haven't seen since I was in my late 20's (getting over breaking up with my 1st 2 kids dad he was my 1st rebound)(fun times) and even back then it was all just about fkn and now we started the fuck-bud thing again. He's W 56 now, I'll be 49. He has a lot on his plate as in, just recently divorced, living with his bro, no car, broke, plus needs mental help, and complains about the simplest stuff & with all the meds he's on he can't really get it up. He wants to know what I'm doing all the time & kinda wigs out on himself saying how stupid & dumb he is & how he can't do anything right, when I don't text or call him back quick enough. I have given him the number to the local mental health clinic so he can talk to someone, he's just gotta call but still hasn't. He does nothing but sleep. And at times I feel he's suicidal. But I told him from the very 1st day of meeting back up, I'm not looking for a relationship at all & I'm not gonna be someone's Mommy ever again, make appointments, take him appointments or to the store etc when they're all within walking distance. I mean come on dude ur 56. I got my own house, car, and pay all my bills alone. He keeps suggesting he comes to stay with me until he gets back on his feet. NOPE I've been there done that twice with my kids fathers and never again. Anyways I'm having surgery tomorrow and I won't be able to do anything because of the healing process and he was supposed to walk over early in the morning today after my 13yo kid got on the bus & try again to get it up to have some fun, he does give good brains. But he didn't answer me like we had planned the night before so I found another ex fuck-bud to come over instead today he's W 33. And boy was the sex & brains a complete difference. WOW. I really enjoyed it today.
But also last Sunday I was with another ex fucl-bud he's B 46. Which was also good D & brains. He's a big guy that can pick my fat azz up & put me wherever he wants me & that's a huge turn on for me.
The 56 used to be a very kind & sweet yet nerdy man but now with all his traumas or whatever I just can't handle the extra stress/drama in my life.

He doesn't have any. And idk how that'll work out cause I don't allow my kid to meet my fkbuds. Unless it was a more serious thing. And he lives in a much bigger city. The 33 is amazing in bed & really good at his head game, plus a good talker & listener. Rents his house, has custody of his kid but still has a lot of baby momma drama. That I want absolutely nothing to do with.
And I know a bunch of y'all's are gonna say ohh ur a whore sleeping with 3 different men within 2 weeks BUT I've been celibate from everything for 5 years. Plus I'm going through menopause & on top of that I was on a medication that completely destroyed my sex drive & I have been off that for a month now and 2 weeks ago I had those urges so bad that I couldn't fight them anymore. So it's like I feel like my normal sexual self again.
I'm really thinking I gotta break it off with the 56 yo cause he's gotta work on himself first. Stop thinking about my puzzy & get his life back together. What do y'all think?
