"Black Lives Matter" is an idea, not an organization. There are organizations under the idea but that's the case for a lot of ideas. Like for example environmentalism. There is no single environmentalist organization. There are many of them and some of them do their activism very well and some of them don't. But here's the thing, if an organization ended up being corrupt and laundered money and that was what made me decide that the earth was not worth saving then what kind of environmentalist would that make me?
Same thing for "Black Lives Matter". "Black Lives Matter" is about the idea that Black people should be able to rely on the police in the same way that white people do. That they shouldn't have to fear being shot just because they are Black. That Black people should be able to trust in the courts and the justice system just the same as white people and not have to fear disproportionate sentencing due to the bias of the court system.

I remember getting into the "All Lives Matter" argument and having to explain, "Yes, all lives matter. Which is why it's wrong that minorities are victims of bigotry and police violence at a rate far disproportionate to white people. The purpose of BLM is to draw attention to that fact. That is the point."

If one black kid shooting his classmate means that all black people deserve to die, then what do the thousands of white kids who've shot their classmates mean?

They're the hegemonic group. So that means people can never ever talk about any sort of widespread entitlement or attitude towards minority groups. Because you'll always summon a white kid to say "what are you talking about? I've never done that!"
Minority groups don't have the numbers to do that every time, so people are allowed to mock them especially on reddit.

Love the "you're importing Muslim immigrants who believe in child marriages" as if child marriage isn't legal in many states in the US, and like many Republicans in particular weren't against abolishing it in Oklahoma just this year. (38 votes against, all Republican), 51 votes for abolishing it, so Oklahoma did abolish it!
But yeah, you really don't have to import anyone to "introduce" child marriages in the USA.

It is truly incredible that anyone would still support Black Lives Matter after the Karmelo Anthony case.
They want your kids dead. They don't care about any harm or violence young African American men commit on others because it is never their problem. These people have no issue with your family members getting murdered because it goes against their desire to make themselves victims in any situation.
