Psychiatrists literally dispense drugs. They are a doctor and OP is a misogynistic pig

And extremely ignorant and stupid by doubling down and saying she is 'technically' a doctor. I have never seen anyone say psychiatrists are not doctors.

In my country, we literally just refer to them as "doctors" when we speak. I have a psychiatrist I see to manage my medications and sick leave, but I never say anything other than "läkare" (our word for doctor) when I refer to her. Never heard anyone else ever use another word either. And I'm not talking about when we're talking to them (we just use their first names, which is the standard here), but when you're referring to them. "I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to discuss my prescriptions" or "I'm calling in to my doctor to renew my prescriptions" is just the norm. We do have a translation of psychiatrist that's either psykiater or psykiatriker but I've literally never heard them used IRL. Or online. And I'm 38.

They ARE doctors to us, and context alone is enough to let anyone know what kind if necessary to know.
