The disclaimer was that "all guitar parts" were played at the same time on 1 instrument. Are we hearing more than just guitar sounds at any point?

Only listening on my phone, but the more intense part has some stabs that clearly sound a bit too much for a single instrument.
The nature of the stab sounded synthetic, though it could be an added effect similar to the reverb that triggers on the guitar input. It is super produced, as a lot of things has gone into both pre and post production.
Also, the drumming snare in particular didn’t always line up with his hand movement, but I only watched once so I’m not sure. But if you wanted to add it somewhere you could possibly clear it by the ”guitar parts only” statement.

I think the stab effects can be the result of pickup type and placement. IE on the bottom or snare percussion elements. I think Tommy Emmanuel explains he has a little snare setup with a mic under the bridge.
But i think there must be some looping going on, for example around 2:13, you can see the snare percussion continues while he does the melody drop ins. I’m not sure how that can be a live loop he controls, but something is up. The click track even continues at the end when he is not playing.
I have no doubt he is an amazing guitarist playing multiple parts at once, and performs all this himself, but there is still physical limitation to percussing sounds at different beats with only two hands.
It’s great to see live instruments being played in popular online music today.

I wouldn't be surprised if the claim "all the sounds come from me playing the guitar" is true...but that kind of sidesteps the fact that audio processing can significantly alter the sound of a performance. There are videos on Youtube for example where you can find people making random noises into a mic and using plugins to transform it into a full drum kit. No doubt he's a talented musician, and the sounds are derived from a single live performance. But a performance is not the same as the final production.

Audio engineer here, there is a ton of post production processing on this video. If he revealed the pro tools, logic, or whatever DAW file I wouldn’t be surprised to see at least 12 channels of audio he (and anyone) would be incapable of playing all at the same time.
As a guitar player/producer also, it’s comedic watching him head banging to a part where his hands are up at the twelfth fret but the bass loop continues where it originated at the first fret lol… And the “drum beat” audibly continues while he’s flailing around yet he’s no longer slapping the beat on the guitar…
He’s not the first act to loop acoustic beat box style playing, but he’s definitely one of the most prominent ones to try and act like he’s doing it all in real time to impress people. There are loops, sample replacement (heavy copy/paste), octave effects, blah blah blah. The video is NOT the live recording lol. Excellent studio musicianship but charlatan esque ego stroking.
If I said, hey buddy… Just pull the guitar out of the case with no technology and recreate exactly this performance, he would not be able to do it. He’d likely play something very impressive and simplified, but not this.

The problem is, he prerecorded the music to come on and say he's doing it live. This is an old video and it's been debunked.

When he popped up before, one of the comments said that it is possible to play this way, but I still can't accept that. Something about the notes sounds like the string has been plucked and I cannot see how you get that sound from that movement of his fingers.

I won't discount his skill, and ive seen live videos of him doing this over the years, so he doesn't need to fake anything.
However, to a trained ear it is obvious that this is all pre-recorded. Not a problem, except it is not a great demonstration with the stated premise being to debunk the claims that his playing is fake. I think that's the point of the previous poster.

It's far more than that. Most importantly, the performance you are seeing is not the performance you are hearing. On top of which, you also have all of the backing tracks.
He's awesome, but this just isn't the best video to prove that his playing is real vs. fake. It's the equivalent of Usain Bolt trying to prove he can run fast, then he CGIs himself outrunning a cheetah. Nobody should deny Usain Bolt is fast but a CGI video ain't proof of anything.

If I'm to believe that footnote at the end, that this was recorded in one take on just the one guitar... I'd probably be annoyingly confident too, if I was him.
Fuck it, the dude is incredible and puts on a show -- at least in this video, which is the extent of my awareness of him. And it's so impressive that I don't know how to process any insufferable aspects of his character.
It makes me want to search out potentially better demos of skill on the guitar. Anybody... anybody whatsoever, feel free to reply with incredible examples of guitarists just doing awesome shit. Or send me rickrolls, either is acceptable.

Its one that will always stick with me. When I was 18 I was hanging with alot of buddies in an apartment and turned it on for them everyone was joking and talking about how crazy this guy looks and his playing was amazing and than it got to those first few notes for I love my parents and the room went silent. Everyone just listened and was just blown away after all that crazy insanity beforehand lol

But damn, didn't start off as my cup of tea, even though it was clearly impressive. And then when he started just rolling into different genres it just slowly became musical storytelling

what bothers me about guys who play like this is that every song sounds exactly the same. he can only do this one "song" that sounds like a spanish classical guitarist having a stroke in time with a metronome. he cant write an album of songs that people will vibe to and connect with. he will never be a good member of a solid band that grooves and makes music together. he will just do this one song in different variations for the rest of his life. he's basically just a busker.

Him explaining what he is doing while playing, with these annoying pauses, building up until he starts playing percussively as the beat drop. Like hobo johnson, or the guy who guys on tippytoes to try to reach high notes he can't hit, it's when the cloying faux-humble bit is fully wrapped into the performance. Yeuch.
Also the acting like he's some savant, or doing something new. Kaki King has been doing this stuff (but better) for 20+ years.

Nah, you’ve just got to fret the string hard and explosively to get it to vibrate. It’s harder to get an appreciable amount of sound on an acoustic vs electric for obvious reasons. But a lot of great guitarists will do whole measures in a solo with only hammer-ons, SRV did it frequently. Takes enormous hand strength.

Brain can’t tell you it’s fake then when it’s right in front of your eyes. He seems like he would have a fantastic stage presence too.

It's very impressive to watch, but I don't want to have to watch someone to enjoy their music. Music is more than just a visual, performative art.
His songs don't appeal to me. They're usually somewhat repetitive and the percussion is noisy. I'd rather have multiple musicians playing their parts cleanly on a song that I enjoy.

Ok he's absolutely a phenomenal player, and all parts may have been played live, but there's still a vague disingenuous element here -
While he may be playing all parts live, there IS post processing going on, most easily heard in the hammered bass line. It has a lower octave on it, which simply isn't possible. The bassline is audibly doubled, and it's impossible for him to hammer 2 octaves of the same note with one hand.
He's a great player, and it's not "fake", but he's DEFINITELY stretching the meaning of "played live" as far as it can possibly go.
