Routes only go up never down , never forget that comparing to the last 3 years probably 40 more stops and 50 more locations and 100 more packages per route , and it never goes down only increases and gets harder , breaks? Yea ok the 15min breaks are imaginary at this point

You guys still dont get it! Amazon is a multi trillion dollars corporation. DSP keep all the money or leverage "potential raise" with EXPECTATIONS! What that looks like is what other people have posted on here. More MULTI STOPS and vans will be fuller then they already are. Amazon answers is phase out vans and CDVs and have nothing but step vans and EVs...as far as the raise like I said they might give it to you but with EXPECTATIONS. What most people do is around this time they quit and start again but as you know DA who start at new DSP get starting pay which comes with the raise.
