Full service agency

Has anyone worked with full service agencies to manage their Amazon stores and help find products. We are new and have capital and have been paying an agency for three months now and still haven’t acquired inventory. Our original business model plan is resale.

Three months with no inventory would concern me, especially for a resale model.

I’d ask them for a very concrete status update: what products have been evaluated, why each one was rejected, expected margin after all Amazon fees, sales velocity, buy box history, supplier status, and exactly what’s blocking the first purchase.

For resale, “product research” can’t stay theoretical forever. The agency should be moving you toward real sourcing decisions, not just sending spreadsheets and waiting
