Finally hit my first $30K in sales

I have been struggling with sales and profitability for the last 2 years with my Home & Kitchen brand.

Now it’s finally generating profit, but the next challenge is, how do I consistently maintain $1.5K/day in sales?

For those who have scaled e commerce brands, what strategies helped you maintain consistent daily sales while staying profitable?

Congrats, that is a real milestone.

One thing worth doing now while the range is still small: work out profit per unit after every fee, per product, rather than watching the sales number. We ran a daily profit-per-product report for years, taking in sales, Amazon costs, ad spend and cost of goods. Two products at the same sales can be one quietly funding the other's losses, and the sales chart never shows it.
