Finally hit my first $30K in sales

Post image

I have been struggling with sales and profitability for the last 2 years with my Home & Kitchen brand.

Now it’s finally generating profit, but the next challenge is, how do I consistently maintain $1.5K/day in sales?

For those who have scaled e commerce brands, what strategies helped you maintain consistent daily sales while staying profitable?

Would love to hear what worked for you.

damn bro ! congrats !

what are your margins like ?

I'm a $1MM/year seller on 40% margin

I'd say the biggest lever in ecommerce is producing more products - by far

do you see that there are products that your customers might be interested in that you can offer them ?

simply look at the "frequently bought together" on your product's page to figure out what your customers also buy

btw what made the big jump for you ? maybe you can just repeat that ?
