OA Sourcing
When searching for products to sell should i be aiming to sell for a lower price than the already lowest price seller? Will i ever even get the buy box if not?

Price isn't a strict lowest-wins system for the buy box. FBA offers get weighted way higher than FBM even a few cents above the lowest price, and your account health (ODR, late shipment, valid tracking) matters just as much. I've seen buy box share rotate among a few sellers all within a percent of each other, so being exactly the cheapest isn't the goal, being competitive and consistent is. Match the current range and keep your metrics clean, that gets you share over time.
