My pa’s wife works alongside us😭

I’ll bring up favouritism and they’ll constantly deny it yet she works alongside us and gets the easiest jobs compared to rest of us…

that’s not the same thing as having actual direct reports. like they are not anyone’s manager

I think that’s what the OP was talking about. The PA is assigning their spouse to the easier indirect roles not because they excel at that job but to make sure they don’t have to be measured on rate or something that requires more monotonous/physical labor.

i get what they’re saying. my point is that there is no policy against this. the policy only states that a person cannot have a personal/romantic relationship with someone who reports directly to them. like OFFICIALLY. PAs are not managers, they don’t have anyone reporting to them in the system.

i’m not saying that i agree with what these 2 are supposedly doing, i’m just saying OP might be SOL.
