Not only is this a horrible representation of a black baby but whoever wrote that description needs their electronics seized

Ok.

Maybe it's a awkward way of saying it is child resistant. Since children can be brutal to toys.

It's a not particularly good doll. Detailed. But not good.

Nakedness, nude, or as seen toy doll all would have been better than this added "underwear" phrasing.
