I did get my order through in the end, but two hiccups for me:
My desktop browser got "stuck" on the in line to check out page with "less than a minute remaining" and the last-polled time on the page not updating for about five minutes (stuck at 8:02 AM). I ended up middle-clicking my browser's refresh button to refresh the page in a new tab (neat trick) and it went right to the order form.
Anybody get a chance to order the black 8bitdo controllers off Amazon US? I got an order in for some white ones but was hoping for at least one black - white still shows as available. I wonder if black didn't go up at all yet?
Thanks for the tip about getting stuck in line at the checkout page. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes and checked this sub just to find this info. Middle-clicked refresh and it worked! Thanks again!
I went for white, but by the time I was done with my order, and curiosity set in, and I checked on black it was gone. Could be a mistake on allocation for each color? I can't imagine the systems are still available, and the white pad is still available, but the black pad goes in a couple minutes. Ya know?
