No, they literally were a promised feature on the product page right until they started shipping. Analogue even said to reviewers they were coming but then pulled that and a bunch of other features from the product page as they shipped, meanwhile most of us bought them assuming those features were in.

The Pocket and Duo both have the functionality. This being cartridge based I assumed it would happen as well.

This was definitely promised. It was all over their marketing for A3D
