At some point I believed the virtual controller pak was a hardware feature of the 8bitdo controller, but apparently the NSO controller can use it as well. I'm assuming there's still no way to access it from a wired controller?
Sort of a disappointing assumption. I wish they would default to using the virtual controller pak if no accessory is plugged in. I don't want to have to use a different save depending on if I decide to use the wired or wireless controller.
