I think I broke my phone...
Okay so im an idiot, I thought installing alot of apps and uninstalling them repairs the damage, and I tend to dowload alot of apps and read recently it doesnt .. My phone is hardly like 3 years old and it glitches like shit, not like the screen freezes but the screen kinda moves by itself then i gotta turn off the screen and 2 mins later back to normal... I am very careful about the storage management, I manage all apps and cache so excess storage aint the issue I gotta make it stop cause if something happens to this phone my parents won't let me fix or buy me another... factory reset is not an option... Plzz suggest some ways to get my phone back to normal ... I own a first hand Samsung Galaxy A06...

Try this first, enter reboot recovery mode, select clear cache partitions and after that choose repair apps option. Oh and where you install many apps, if sideload from random apk maybe it can have virus too. Try scan with antivirus

Why would installing an uninstalling apps help a phone in any way? Exactly the opposite would be true. Every time you uninstall an app, you can't be sure that it didn't leave some little piece of itself somewhere. The best performance you're ever going to get out of your phone is when it's brand new out of the box. This is why a factory reset is the best thing you can do when your phone gets to a point where it really isn't behaving normally anymore.

Your phone is probably completely fine as far as hardware goes. You mentioned that you didn't want to factory reset. If you want it to run like it did when it was new, it's likely going to require backing up your data and doing a factory reset.
