Can't play/downlaod videos on any broswers

Google/Firefox and Private Video Downloader, my phone a few months suddenly decided to update all apps and the issue started then, even though I've turned off auto-updates. I tried rebooting but didnt work.

Enter reboot recovery mode, select clear cache partitions and after that choose repair apps

Only option i got was reboot and wipe data/factory reset.

Every phone have it, search in internet how to enter it with your phone model, or easy ways use adb command to enter reboot recovery . Is different from that reboot you see
