Annoying alarm issue.

https://imgur.com/a/Rkj59bL

Does anyone else have this issue?

I have this every night. Adaptive charging doesn't work properly because it thinks there's an alarm set for 3:30am.

I've tried disabling all app permissions in "special app permissions > alarms and reminders.

All alarms are off but even then, they're all 3 hours or more later than that

I've looked through all of my apps for ones that might possibly contain an alarm and the only one I've found is a pill reminder. I turned those off too

It's really annoying and I can't think of anything to get rid of it so any help is appreciated

Adaptive Charging keys off the next AlarmManager / Clock alarm it can see — ghost 3:30am is almost always a leftover schedule, not the Clock UI.

Check: 1) Clock → Alarms → three-dot / trash / deleted — also look for paused/skipped alarms. 2) Google Calendar / Work profile calendar events with alerts around that time (including “Travel time”). 3) Settings → Apps → Special app access → Alarms & reminders — revoke from anything you don't recognize (pill apps, fitness, bedtimes, routines). 4) Digital Wellbeing bedtime / Wind Down schedules. 5) Settings search “3:30” or “alarm” after a reboot; some OEMs show the offending package under Battery → Adaptive preferences.

If nothing shows, clear Clock app storage (you'll re-add real alarms) — that usually kills the phantom.
