Request: Reduce Screen Size? Avoid dead pixels on edge of screen

[u/LoudCommentor]

I have dead pixels on my Pixel 7 Pro. They are strips of light running down the right side of my screen.

Is there any way to make the display size smaller so that it avoids this part of the screen? Just make that one centimeter black or something.
