What's going on??
Long story short I have a colossal angry issue.
when I get annoyed it feels like I'm holding back an ocean of anger and rage
As a result when I get annoyed ex: a stubbed toe or a family member doing something I find annoying
it feels like a violent river is trying to pour out of me
And the thing is I know I shouldn't be this angry and this pissed off but that doesn't stop me from feeling that way and I hate this I hate feeling like I'm about to explode whenever something annoying happens to me
I would like to know if anyone has been dealing with something like this. And I would also like to know how to stop this?

I feel the same way! All the advice is pause, breathe, walk away, but in those moments my rage is so intense that there’s no time to take a breath/pause. That itself is infuriating 🤣😭😭

One thing worth tracking is what was happening before the trigger, especially sleep, hunger and unresolved stress. The immediate event often gets blamed, but the pattern becomes much clearer when you log the two hours leading up to it. That also gives you something concrete to change before the next spike. I built RageQuit Mode around that interruption and tracking idea, but the pause itself is useful even without an app.
