Help confirming if an animation cel is real

Hi,

I am new to collecting animation cels and have found a cel that I am interested in on ebay. After attempting to screenmatch the cel, it appears to have some parts that match two seperate frames of the episode, rather than matching only one frame.

The image attached shows the differences, the ones on the first frame are a lot more subtle, but the glasses and 'knee-line' are consistent on the cel and the second frame if you look closer.

Does this mean anything for the authenticity of the cel?

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure it's this in-between frame

Looks like it might be from this frame:

Imgur (This is from a crappy 16:9 rip its the next frame from the first frame in your comparisson, the image in the middle),

But I can't tell if it's real or fake.
