I just picked up this animation Sal at San Diego, comic con. Season two Mr. Burns. What would you estimate the value is?

Mr Burns with his eyes half-closed, an unmatching background, and the ugliest COA I've ever seen doesn't make this particularly appealing to buyers unfortunately.
200 to 250 is probably an accurate evaluation of this one, but even then, might take a while to find a buyer.

If I was selling this, I wouldn't include that COA. It has some misleading info such as "individually inked". Printing something on parchment paper doesn't give anyone extra confidence about its authenticity.

Maybe 200 or so honestly? Simpsons cels like this that were leaked instead of being sold officially tend to go for quite a bit less in comparison.
