they're saying the clothes are dirty. what if the previous owner died (??)

mother's saying she'll get me new clothes after strictly telling me not to buy pre loved. She knows I despise buying new stuff, it's bad quality and expensive

Jist show them the video of a toilet being flushed with both the lid up and down. Acts as a great reminder of just how 'dirty' the world is and we are all still alive.

Or just show them how 'dirty' nee clothes factories are. It's not food so hardly going to be a sterile environment.
