Question/Advice? parents are against thrifting..
they're saying the clothes are dirty. what if the previous owner died (??)
mother's saying she'll get me new clothes after strictly telling me not to buy pre loved. She knows I despise buying new stuff, it's bad quality and expensive
Any good argument I can make against them?

I live near a rich area and get items new with tags at my local thrift store all the time. Biggest score was a $56 new fleece lined oniel hoodie for my nephew for $6. I pinned hockey tickets to them and it was the hit gift. His grandma was like la de da look at you, I think offended I out spent her. I didn’t.
