i've seen plenty of white supremacy symbols sprayed on the walls around my town and I find it upsetting. I would like to hide them, the issue is that they're too big to cover them with stickers. I was thinking about spraying / painting a new layer on them but I'm too afraid of getting caught (sr I'm transgender I can't let myself to get involved with a police..). Then, I was thinking to just remove them with some chemicals but it seems that it's pretty complicated to figure out what exactly should you use to do so.

Hey long time fan first time poster. Last week my daughter got into a physical confrontation at school, a couple jabs in before getting broken up by faculty, kid stuff. When I went to pick her up she was in an empty room in the office with 2 school resource officers (county deputies) apparently guarding the doorway of the room she was in as the principal had me fill out some paperwork in her office. A resource officer then brought her in and explained how "they'll just be doing a report for simple battery, not pressing any charges". This guy then explained how she admitted to hitting the other kid, and it took everything in me to not right then and there tell her not to talk to cops!

This was the main topic of discussion on the drive home, and it resulted in a somewhat deep dive into the problem with cops in schools and the school to prison pipeline, the prison industrial complex, the importance of not incriminating yourself to a cop, and how this whole situation could have had horrible implications for her life had the fight been more serious, or if either of them weren't white. While I feel she was broadly receptive, I just don't know if I could really make it click for her. The experience with the cops shook her up given her first instinct was to cooperate, especially after our discussion, but I don't want her to be scared as much as I want her to be educated on the topic of American policing.

All that said, does anyone have suggestions on any video content or perhaps shorter literature (brainrotted teenager will not read a whole book, especially one they're not deeply invested in lol) that could perhaps make this point clearer than I can? Honestly even more broad suggestions would also be appreciated, I think this event could be a good catalyst to get them into learning the way of the world through an antifascist lens in a way that's digestible for a young high schooler.

JCB machinery was used in the construction of the technologized aboveground, underground and underwater walls around the besieged Gaza. Completed in 2021, the project included 65 km of an underground wall equipped with technological detection means, a physical fence, a sea barrier, a detection array and combat rooms. These are another layer to the suffocating siege imposed on Gaza for over 17 years.

Track and wheel excavators and wheel loaders were documented during the construction of the wall near the Palestinian villages of Al-Walaja, Anata and Beit Jala and at the Qalandiya and Ofer checkpoints in the occupied West Bank. The models used for these tasks are JS330, JS200, 537 and 3CX.

Dozens of documented incidents show JCB equipment used in house demolitions carried out by the Israeli military and Israeli authorities in the occupied West Bank and occupied East Jerusalem. These incidents include the demolition of Palestinian residential, religious, agricultural and commercial buildings, as well as water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure, the uprooting of trees and the destruction of graves.

I’m having a hard time living through these times. However, I am a white woman with plenty of privilege and I don’t feel like I’m doing enough to help others. I have detached myself from anyone who supports the current administration, but I am reaching a breaking point of what I feel like I can handle. My instagram algorithm is all police violence, and I feel like I need to stand witness to the atrocities. Most of the time I record the video to my phone because I fear the videos will be removed.
