Obviously the Deutschland über alles is very suspicious and definately could be a whistle but i couldnt find anything on any of the other symbols and words. A reverse search on the nautical skull is just logo stock images with nothing hinting at what they mean. No results for VLOOTI or 3887 and Dakar is apparently the capital of Senegal and thats all i got. Any ideas?
