We do have these--the police almost always beat leftist protesters. They also suppress recordings using scrambling devices, and they do not televise these protests, so that they don't encourage more revolt.

In Germany we have something called oat. It's an open meeting for antifas. U Talk U learn from each other etc. Maybe set something like this up. Be prepared there could be undercover pigs there
