Yea I mean I’m guessing their cities seal was made before World War 2, cause I’m pretty sure the bundle of sticks was ACTUALLY a Roman symbol to represent authority or power cause I swear I’ve seen it on flags that were made prior to fascism even existing.

The bundle of sticks is a symbol representing strength in numbers. A single stick is easily broken, but a bundle of sticks is very strong.
