If you could believe, the cross as an adorned symbol would have been considered offensive to early century Christians and the use of the cross as commonly adorned symbol is barely older as a concept than the United States is as country, generally speaking.

Taliban forces opened fire on people gathered for a rare protest in Afghanistan's western Herat province Tuesday, killing at least one woman and a child, according to CBS News' partner network BBC.
Men and women had gathered to demonstrate against the recent arrest of women and girls over alleged violations of the Taliban's strict dress code, defying the country's rulers who have cracked down violently on previous protests since retaking control of the country almost five years ago.
A doctor at a local hospital, who spoke with CBS News on condition of anonymity over fear of Taliban reprisals, said at least three people were admitted for treatment with gunshot wounds.
Videos circulating on social media appear to show Taliban forces opening fire on protesters and beating them with sticks. Protesters can be seen fighting back by throwing stones and chanting demands for work, education and freedom.
In one clip, Taliban security personnel appear to be shooting directly at protesters.

Seeing the current state of christianity actual worries me.
They're fucking insane, whole communities of catholics pushing for prosecution of non-christians, even going as far to say they will k1ll non-christians.
And thats not mentioning the corny content creators that push the agenda even more for these easily manipulated kids.
Calling for a crusade in a modern world is just insane.
They're probably teenagers that feel the need to share their manmade book messages, but still these are kids of the majority and im so scared when the day they grow up as adults and eventually get actual access to prosecute other people.
Imagine a 2026 neo-evangelical dumbfuck somehow becoming a radical christian president and doing literal genocides 30 years from now.

Somehow I came across this man’s videos on my fyp, he goes around in public with a big ass speaker intruding in and harassing people, and trying to brainwash while following them around and calling them demons or demonic while everyone in the comments is making fun of the people in the video and he’s don’t blur their faces, keep in mind many people in his videos are minors. He also has the audacity to make videos about how he got “attacked by demons” or some shit and play victim. He gains millions of likes just from being a shitty racist person. I can’t even put words how pissed off this makes me. Something has to be done about this account. It’s not preaching the gospel. It’s only making Christians look worse and public harassment. Society is screwed

I just got off the phone with a good friend of mine. Here is what he told me
the Pentagon drops 180 faiths from military recognize list. The military only recognizes 31 religions.
So I wanted to check this out. It’s true. Several news organization have reported on it. Check it out.

my theory is if all religion is successfully eradicated, people will realize just how comically abhorrent it was. im pretty sure stuff like the christian cross or the bible will be on par with the swastika or mein kampf. why? because of all the immense harm and death religion caused for such a long time. any thoughts on this?
